The goods must be checked immediately upon receipt, bottle breakage must be confirmed by the carrier.

Cork taste
Impairment caused by faulty cork is not the responsibility of the winemaker.Faulty bottles will be replaced under the following conditions:The faulty bottle must be closed again with the bad cork and returned to Winery Zull in Schrattenthal as soon as possible.

Ownership
All wines remain our sole property until our claims have been paid in full.
